Refund Policy

Before Delivery

Cancel any time before the teardown is delivered and you receive a full refund, no questions asked. The only exception is if work has been delivered. Once it is sent, the engagement is complete.

After Delivery

The teardown is a completed piece of analytical work and is not refundable once sent. Disagreeing with the conclusions, not liking the recommendations, or finding the results disappointing are not grounds for a refund.

An honest diagnosis you did not want to hear is the product working correctly, not failing.

Incomplete Work

If a deliverable is materially incomplete against the scope you agreed to, tell us within 7 days of receiving it and it will be corrected at no charge. This is a correction, not a refund.

Consumer Rights

Consumer cancellation rights that apply mandatorily in your jurisdiction are unaffected by this policy. These services are supplied to businesses, so those rights will rarely apply. If you are a consumer and your local law grants you cancellation rights, those rights supersede this policy.

How to Request a Refund

Email reyaz@teardownx.com with your original invoice number and a request for cancellation. We respond within 1 business day. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Taxes

If GST or applicable taxes were charged, refunds include those taxes. If you are entitled to a reverse-charge or credit under your local law, coordinate that with your accounting.
