What to put in the first email

You do not need a brief. Five lines is enough to get a useful reply instead of a "let's book a call":

  1. Your company and website URL.
  2. What you sell, in one sentence, in your own words.
  3. Who buys it. The actual title that signs, not the persona deck.
  4. What is not working right now.
  5. Roughly where you are on revenue, if you are comfortable sharing it.

The teardown request form asks exactly these questions, three screens, and books the kickoff call at the end of it.

What happens next

Within one business day
A reply from me. Either a straight answer, or a note on whether the teardown fits your situation. If it does not fit, I will say so rather than sell you one.
On confirmation
Invoice and payment link. GST applies to Indian clients; export invoices are raised without GST under LUT.
Within seven days
The teardown lands as a document: positioning audit, one competitor teardown, ICP reality check, top three messaging gaps ranked by revenue impact, and a 30-day fix list.
